I wanted to tell you all real fast what a great time I had at High Desert Wool Grower's Market. I ended up going alone and wow. So nice! I met a fantastic shepherdess and found a sheep breed that I'm smitten with.
This is Border Liecester, one of the fleeces I picked up. Yep, I got more than one! When they come back from the mill I'll show them off properly!
These sweet sheep were out side. There's another baby in the pen too. Sadly I didn't find out what the breed is. They sure look cute!
On to the shop update! And, wow! What an update! I think I only have one yarn base left to load. Below is one of my current favorites on super wash fingering. I love this watery cool color.
Oooh! And another favorite. I love these colors on the super wash fingering yarn. Warm summer day, perfect yarn!
One last fingering skein. I can't get enough of this color. I call it Gream. Creamy Green! So perfect for a shawl.
If you come out to Columbia Gorge Fiber Festival you'll see some of these yummy treats!
And you'll get to see this cute little sample! Probably not the cute boy holding the sample though : ) Isn't this the sweetest little sweater? Maria spun up the yarn and then knit this sweet little sweater. I can't believe that lady! Have you seen her bags? L-o-v-e them! Oh! I'll have some with me at CGFF too!
I want to celebrate the update and 5!! years of being in business. I don't have a specific date to celebrate so why not now?! From now until Monday night the whole shop is 20% off. Wow, that's a sale! Type in UPDATE20 to save 20%. Thank you all so much for your support and encouragement. I would not be in business with out you!
That's right! You got to stop at the Jelly Belly store on your way back up from Stitches West. ;-)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on 5 years! Its older than your boys! lol
